Tyson House is proud to present an evening with Nadia Bolz-Weber, author of Shameless: A Sexual Reformation and other books on faith and life. Her talk, which has now been converted to a ticketed webinar via Zoom, will feature a talk, followed by a Q&A session, with a time for pre-submitted questions followed by questions from the attendees. Because she can't be present to sign books, anyone who registered for the original event who wants to request a signed book plate will get one. Supporting congregations include Church of the Ascension, Messiah Lutheran, St. John's Lutheran, Church of the Good Samaritan, and Westminster Presbyterian. Advance copies of the paperback version of Shameless are available through Union Ave. Books at https://unionavebooks.indielite.org/. Union Ave wil also be selling copies of the paperback at the book signing. The webinar will open at 6:50, with the talk at 7:00 and Q&A to follow. Tickets are $20. Students are free with a reservation (here) and a student ID.
PLEASE NOTE that due to COVID-19, we rescheduled this event to Sept. 3, 2020, and have now converted it to a private Zoom webinar. If you originally had tickets, you are booked! If you need to cancel and want a refund, contact refunds@brownpapertickets.com. If you need to cancel but want to donate your tickets to Tyson House for a student, please contact tysonhousestudentfoundation@gmail.com. Thank you!
