This book embraces the author's life long experience with poop from childhood, through medical school and medical practice since 1972. The medical practice includes psychiatric evaluations and treatment in private practice, prisons, state hospitals, and mental health centers in Michigan, Indiana, Kentucky, California and Texas. The practice of psychiatry of medicine and psychiatry has gone through many changes while human nature has changed little, other than the need to adapt to changes in culture and technology.
