Using superhero characters, this book teaches children about those involved in a bullying incident (the bully, victim, bystander, ally), the different types of bulling (verbal, social, cyber, physical), and strategies to deal with bullies (laugh at a bully, ignore a bully or tell an adult). The book encourages children to be a buddy, not a bully and if they see someone being bullied, they are asked to pledge to tell an adult.
