Shannon E. McCall, RHIA, CCS, CCS-P, CPC, CPC-I, CEMC, CCDS, is the director of HCPro's Certified Coder Boot Camp(R) programs. She is the developer of its Certified Coder Boot Camp(R)--Inpatient Version, the Evaluation and Management Boot Camp(R), the ICD-10 Basics Boot Camp(TM), and the Certified Coder Boot Camp--ICD-10-CM/PCS version. She works with hospitals, medical practices, and other healthcare providers and payers on a wide range of coding-related issues with a particular focus on education, coding reviews, and audits. Jennifer Avery, CCS, CPC-H, CPC, CPC-I is a senior regulator specialist at HCPro, where she also serves as an instructor for its Certified Coder Boot Camp(R), Certified Coder Boot Camp(R)--Online version, Certified Coder Boot Camp(R)--Inpatient Version, ICD-10 Beyond the Basics Boot Camp(R), and Certified Coder Boot Camp--ICD-10-CM/PCS Version(R).
