Description

Moses Webb is the Northside Neighborhood go-to guy in Kalamazoo. He helps collect debts and scares off debt collectors. He is not above gathering evidence on adulterers for a friend of a friend. When a teenage basketball player is accused of murder, Moses uses his police training to gather suspect background information and set up surveillance to catch them in the act.
