With over 25 years in the industry as a property, workplace and change leader, Neil has established his personal blog (www.workessence.com) and built broad-based property and people networks. Neil is responsible for `Sky Central' in London, completing the design and delivery of one of Europe's largest and most progressive activity-based (flexible) workplaces for 3,500 colleagues, successfully transitioning them from traditional working environments.
